It is good idea but the problem is implementation of the idea proposed, it needs man powers in the health facilities to make community sensitization and education on the issues of drug adverse effects and pharmacovigilance.
Most community members don’t know the use, storage of drugs and they are not told of it by the few health educators at the facilities.
My recommendation to the government and NDA respectively is the they should employ pharmacy assistants in all health facilities in order to improve on the use of medicines, bridge the gap between the community and medical personnel in uganda
