Last week, the NDA team in Southwestern Region conducted a crackdown operation/enforcement in Rubindi Town Council against people who have been dealing in illegal manufacture and packaging of herbal products in unsuitable premises without a qualified personnel.
The five suspects including Logose Deborah Harriet, Sabano Christine, Waiswa Hassani Namundi, Kiiza Abey and Edgar Ainembabazi Mwebaze were arrested and today have been arraigned before the magistrate’s court in Mbarara that remanded them to prison until 30th May 2024.
